“Our flight landed early in the morning, to our surprise Mirabel checked us in at 10am - which was highly appreciated. Kelly & Mirabel were helpful with the itinerary & activities suggestions - we decided to abandon our initial itinerary and followed their suggestions. I.e. places frequented by locals and the must to do things! Love how quiet the hotel complex is, much needed after those big Ibiza parties! It feels like a resort. Highly recommended.”

“The room and facilities are amazing as the preview shoes. However, I have requested a large bed during book but eventually 2 single beds were arranged. And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza”
